About BBM

Bachelor of Business Management(BBM) is 4 years, 8-semester course that falls under the Faculty of Management (FOM) of Tribhuvan University (TU) for would-be Business and managerial Professionals.   1. Students who have passed +2 or equivalent examinations from recognized academic institutes or colleges with second division (securing 45% and above) or 1.8 grade or ‘C’ GPA are eligible to enroll in this program.

  2. Students applying for the BBM program must fill in the application form with all details of their personal information and past academic records. The selection of students shall be based on a three-stage screening process that includes a written test, individual presentations, and a personal interview.

Admissions of the students in BBM program of Tribhuvan University will be strictly on the basis of Merit List. Merit list is prepared on the basis of:


  • 60% of CMAT Entrance examination

  • 30% of marks secured in percentage in plus two or equivalent

  • 10% Interview

The candidate selection process takes place in three phases which are as follows:

CMAT (Central Management Admission Test) is taken by the FOM (Faculty of Management) where students’ verbal ability, quantitative techniques, logical reasoning and general Awareness which is of full 100 marks is tested. The individual presentation and interview is taken by the college concerned.
